No Contact Order

Emmetsburg, IA (KICD)--An alleged violation of a no contact order has landed a man in jail.

Sheriff's officers made contact with Jayson Wiley and Kay Kaiser on Saturday in Emmetsburg. Investigators found a no contact order for the two in place -- issued in Kossuth county.

Deputies say Wiley resisted being detained and made threats of bodily harm to them after the arrest. He was taken into custody and charged with violating the no contact order, interference with official acts and second degree harassment.

He was taken to the Palo Alto county Jail by Emmetsburg police.
