SMU Communications Rate Increases

Spencer, IA (KICD)–Cable and internet rates are set to go up for customers of Spencer Muncipal Utilities.

Marketing and Communications Director Amanda Gloyd tells KICD News about the rate hikes, which were recently approved by the SMU Board of Trustees.

All of the tv rates are going up a dollar or less and the internet rates are each going up by $5 per month.

The rate changes go into effect June 1st.
