Estherville, IA (KICD) — Two from Estherville have been arrested after an investigation into a burglary.
On April 6th, Estherville Police were called to Subway to investigate a burglary that had occurred. Police found that the restaurants back door had been pried open. The perpetrators entered the store and took over $1200 cash.
Upon further investigation, Police obtained a search warrant for 708 ½ 5th Ave South in Estherville. Upon execution of the search warrant, Estherville Police discovered over 6 grams of Methamphetamine, as well as cash.
As a result this week, Police arrested Bruce Flaugh and Sierrah Rivera. Flaugh was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana, and Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug. Rivera was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.
Sibley, IA (KICD)–A Sibley man faces drug charges following a Monday search of a home.
Osceola and Lyon County Deputies executed a search warrant at 1735 Olive Avenue in Sibley. As a result 26-year-old Tracy Peterson was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
