Jessie James, husband Eric Decker welcome baby

Country music star Jessie James and her footballer husband Eric Decker have become first-time parents to a baby girl.

The singer gave birth on Tuesday morning, reports Eonline.com.

A statement issued by her representative reads, “Jessie went into the hospital yesterday at 3:30 p.m. and at 5:36 a.m. this morning, Vivianne Rose Decker was born… with a full head of hair! Both mom and daughter are doing well.”

The tot is an extra birthday present for Decker, who turned 27 on Saturday, three days after he signed a $36.25 million deal to join the New York Jets for the upcoming 2014-2015 season.

The couple, which also has their own reality TV show, “Eric & Jessie,” wed in Colorado last summer.
